I’ve ordered 2 of these amazing bags , the quality is fantastic. I had to get in touch with customer service and their prompt response was fantastic. They kept me informed so quickly. I can’t rate this bag highly enough.

The bag quality was extremely poor. The cheap plastic fabric ripped at the handle on the first use. It also smelled heavily of chemicals for weeks after it arrived. And when I contacted customer service they had no recourse. Their supposed warranty on their website is bogus. Definitely not worth the expensive price tag shown on social media.

my wife ordered the pink bag, with the pink strap, with the pink back pac accessory bag. None of the pinks match at all. not even close. then when i wanted to return it they said we have to pay for shipping which was over $157 to send back to Israel. mistake on us for buying something without seeing fine print. do not fall for it. dont buy.

I got a ton of compliments – this bag really stands out! Only thing is, when it’s fully packed, it can feel a bit heavy. Might’ve been the shoes I stuffed in there… but still, really high-end feel.

Overall the experience was pretty good I got my bag in a little over two weeks. The quality of the bag is pretty poor it's very very thin cheap material and I probably could have picked it up at a flea market or from any other vendor for half the price. I saw it and I rushed it to buy for my girl as an Impulse Buy but overall it's okay

It’s rare to find a bag that’s both gorgeous and actually useful. This one nails it. Compartments are thoughtful, the structure holds up well, and the look… so chic.

We went through Italy, France, and Spain with this bag and I honestly didn’t need anything else. It fit so much, stayed in perfect shape, and looked amazing in every airport lounge. Obsessed.
