Great Bag! Make sure it fits airlines requirements
The bag took a while to arrive. The bag itself was very nice and looked like what I saw on Instagram. Then, I found out that there are new TSA requirements... some just out in March 2026. When I reviewed the new TSA rules... I saw that many airlines "changed" the size of the allowed "carry-on" luggage. And it's frustrsting that the various airlines have different requirements! I'm flying United in October, and this bag does NOT MEET their size requirements! The "return process" was a struggle. After I packed the bag up, I contacted customer service for the return process. I had to send them a pic of the packed-up bag. Then, USPS was the cheapest way to return and that was $25. Customer service wanted a copy of my return receipt with tracking emailed to them. Now the waiting game. My package arrived at their facility on 8/14/26. Today is 8/26/26, and still waiting, so I contacted customer service again. Then, Daniel responded to my email and explained a system glitch I got caught in. He promised to follow through and he certainly did! Today is 8/27, and I have correspondence regarding my processed refund! Thank you Daniel.

After a thorough review, and based on the daily and ongoing updates we receive from our team, we are not aware of any recent changes to TSA carry-on size requirements in the United States. We also personally travel with the bag on flights on a weekly basis without any issue. You have already returned the bag to our warehouse in the United States.
