Ordered without really reading…
Ordered without really reading everything so when it didn't arrive fast I was confused. Turned out it was a preorder. They explained and kept me updated so it was fine in the end.

Stylish design
The bag looks stylish and is a good design. It took longer than I expected to arrive-2 weeks- and when I contacted customer support, Jenny was quick to reply.

Gorgeous design, just a bit heavy when packed full
I got a ton of compliments – this bag really stands out! Only thing is, when it’s fully packed, it can feel a bit heavy. Might’ve been the shoes I stuffed in there… but still, really high-end feel.
