This is now my GO TO TRAVEL BAG!!! Love, love, love and when I had a question about purchasing the roller attachment the customer service support team member, Alex, went above and beyond to ensure the model I purchased would be compatible with the add-on accessory! I could not be happier with my purchase. It arrived very quickly and totaling information every step of the way. I firs to used it for big 4-day wedding celebration that included 3 formal black tie events, plus several brunches and lunches in between. I packed all my toiletries, 3 pairs of shoes, evening bags, you name it. Bag easily packed over 30 pounds worth! It’s a miracle bag and I loved it! Looking forward to purchasing another!

I ordered this bag a month ago and I already tried it and love it. It looks so nice and literally make me feel like I’m carrying a designer bag, I love the design. Customer care helped, and it arrived in 10 days. If you like how your bags looks and how much you carry it’s the perfect match

The bag arrived too late for my trip. The email address for support and returns bounced back as invalid.

I purchased my mega bag (classic black) in September 2025 for my recent trip to New Orleans for my brother wedding. When it arrived, it seemed like it would hold plenty of clothes as advertised. But when I went to pack for my five day trip, I had to stuff this bag to make all of my clothes fit. I followed the YouTube videos and videos from influencers on how to pack it. They made it seem as though packing would be simple and you are able to pack at least two weeks of clothes. It’s not true. I packed only 5 days of clothes and two pair of shoes and my bag was full. I packed summer clothes since New Orleans weather was still warm so I didn’t pack anything bulky, sweaters or even a jacket. The worst part is the quality of material. The main top of bag zipper came off, some of the zippers split when trying to zip the sides and the handles on the bag tore from picking the bag up to put in the overhead bin on my flight. This bag is not built to travel consistently or to really travel AT ALL. This was my first time using and traveling with it and all of these issues were unreal. If you had to check your bag due to the airline not having enough overhead bin space on the plane, this bag would not make it through baggage claim. I do not feel comfortable using this mega bag to travel EVER! Any 4/5 star reviews this company has gotten for this product must have been paid for or not real. They are falsely advertising the use and quality and being lied to by the company and influencers is so horrible; especially when it comes to something that is a necessity when traveling. My advice is to not purchase this mega bag. The quality is cheap; It is not built to travel. The only good thing is the concept. This company needs to revisit the quality and durability of their products. Lastly, when you reach out to their support team for help with issues with their products they do not respond. Be very cautious when purchasing anything from Mega Bag.

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW BASED ON THE SELLER'S RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW: Luxe Mega Bag Team: I was disappointed by your response to my review. I noted three main concerns: First, your reply appeared defensive rather than addressing the product issues I raised. Second, your customer service did not demonstrate empathy or offer a resolution, which further impacted my experience. Third, I believe that continuing this approach may affect your company’s reputation and long-term success. My experience with your product is valid, and I am entitled to share my honest feedback. I provided my review in good faith and stand by my assessment. Your response has reinforced my concerns regarding product quality and customer service. Based on my experience, I will continue to advise others to consider these issues before making a purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BAG!!!! You’ll be sorry. It’s a TOTAL rip off. Very poor quality. The hardware is cheaply made. The snaps broke the first time I used them. The zippers are not user-friendly or functional in the long term. The “pleather material” is thin. The bag does not balance well when using the wheels.

My order has been placed since September 8th it's now October 4th. When I try tracking my order it shows its in transit. I will NEVER recommend this company nor will I order from them again. I can not receive a refund or cancel my order until the product is delivered. Who knows when that will be because reaching out them has been a waste as I've been told my order is on the way and will be shipped by October 1st due to backorder. It has been a stressful process with these people. It only makes sense to order directly from China since the product seems to be coming from there. Anyone putting up a website advertising a product from China is most likely doing dropshippjng and has the least information on the product they are selling.

Bad quality bag, customer service is a joke also. Avoid buying anything, returning it will be a pain in the ass. Made in china qulaity.

The company is a scam. The quality of the bag is from China and mailed from China not worth the price the company is charging. I tried to return the bag, but got the run around. The bag made it back to Israel, but the bag was not claimed, so no refund like what the website states. Buyer beware.
