MegaBagReviews of luxemegabag.com

Really bad quality - plastic and cheap zippers. And the roller thing is absolutely not useful as it takes up the entire space in the bad as you have to take them off before boarding. I am so angry with myself that I didn’t check Trustpilot before buying 😒

Slow shipping.....very disappointed with Sea Shell tote....colors are very dark no sea shells at all in design....doesn't look like picture on site of light blue water, light sand & sea shells....looks dark & stormy instead....was to be a gift but not sure now....very disappointed!

I really don’t want to give this one star because I feel that it’s not worth the hype that Luhxe Mega bag is saying it would come with the company logo on it. I bought 2 and it doesn’t have a logo on either one after being assured by customer service that it did… no free shoe bags. No answer from customer support luhxe if you had better quality material I’m sure you could sell more. But on all content creators did is just LiE about how wonderful and great this and a lot of us took their words for it. Luhxe you need to do better. Great concept. Shotty craftsman and shotty material. Are you sure this is not plastic. No name brand name on product at all. Will return. So disappointed

We purchased this bag on 1-27-2026 and did receive it. The quality was not as promised so we contacted Luxe. They said they had a US location under construction to return it to instead of sending to China if I could wait. I did so and returned it to the following address on April 1. They acknowledged receipt but still have not received my refund of $188.85. Continued emails go unanswered. Return – Luxe Mega Bag 5900 Noble Ave Van Nuys, CA 91411

My husband and daughter purchased a bag. On first use, during our vacation, my husband's bag ripped where the shoulder strap attaches. We hadn't even boarded the airplane to get to our destination. My daughter's bag began to rip along the trolley strap. I reached out to customer service, sent pictures, and asked for a refund. They kept offering me replacement bags. Here it is close to the 60 day warranty period being over and I have yet to hear back about a refund. This company is playing me. I don't recommend buying these bags. The quality is not good.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Luxemega Bag. I purchased a bag (Order #36814073) and later received instructions from the company to return it due to an issue. I followed their instructions exactly, returned the item, and also paid for the return shipping myself. I was told a refund would be processed, but I have not received it. I have been trying to follow up for months through email and Instagram and have repeatedly been ignored or left without any response. I have full documentation of all email correspondence, return tracking, and communication regarding the refund. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved. At this point, I am frustrated by the lack of communication and lack of follow-through on what was promised. I am still waiting for my refund to be issued.

I would give a 0 if I could! I received the Luxe Mega Bag. It wasn't the size I needed. Also the quality seemed very questionable whether it would hold up! I emailed the Co. & asked if I could return it. I was told absolutely. I even pd 22$ to send it back. I had to email them several times to check on the status of my credit. I was told in an email they received my return & they were processing my credit. After waiting aprox. 15 days I contacted them again. I was told there had been a problem with the processing of my credit. The credit has never came!!! They will not answer their phone or respond to me by phone after leaving messages. Im out over $130.00. They got my money plus the CROOKS have my bag!!!! BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU HERE I COME! Keep your money, or they will rob you of it if they can. CROOKED COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a dragonfly bag and was very disappointed when it arrived. It was not quilted or made of poly-cotton. It looks cheap and is thin and made of some type of plastic. I contacted the support team immediately and am still awaiting a reply 9 days later. As there is a time limit for returning the bag, I feel they will just ignore me until the time is up. Very shoddy - so far I cannot recommend this company.
