Great customer service I received my MegaBag and the zipper was faulty. I contacted customer service with pictures of the faulty zipper and they replaced my bag right away. The mega bag is great for travel. Fits in the overhead on planes! Great piece of luggage!

I had some questions before ordering and they responded same day. Love the bag and the cart attachment. Used it for a weekend trip to Miami and it held everything I needed.

I liked the idea of how organized and compact packing can be. I need a vacation so I can use my new bag!
