I received the bag quite promptly, and I'm very happy with it. I can't say the same about customer service. I placed my order because I received multiple emails saying I was entitled to a gift, the Luxe Card & Key Holder, which I never received. I contacted support and was repeatedly told that the strap was included. I repeatedly explained that I was missing the card holder, not the strap, which is included with all orders anyway. It isn't hugely important, but it's incredibly frustrating trying to communicate with someone who quite clearly couldn't care less about your message or concern. An apology would have been nice.

I would give a 0 if I could! I received the Luxe Mega Bag. It wasn't the size I needed. Also the quality seemed very questionable whether it would hold up! I emailed the Co. & asked if I could return it. I was told absolutely. I even pd 22$ to send it back. I had to email them several times to check on the status of my credit. I was told in an email they received my return & they were processing my credit. After waiting aprox. 15 days I contacted them again. I was told there had been a problem with the processing of my credit.The credit has never came!!! They will not answer their phone or respond to me by phone after leaving messages. Im out over $130.00. They got my money plus the CROOKS have my bag!!!! BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU HERE I COME! Keep your money, or they will rob you of it if they can. CROOKED COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received it quickly. It's as attractive, sturdy and actually pretty. I'm thrilled to be able to travel so much easier and lighter. I adore the red!!

I ordered a dragonfly bag and was very disappointed when it arrived. It was not quilted or made of poly-cotton. It looks cheap and is thin and made of some type of plastic. I contacted the support team immediately and am still awaiting a reply 9 days later. As there is a time limit for returning the bag, I feel they will just ignore me until the time is up. Very shoddy - so far I cannot recommend this company.

Great customer service I received my MegaBag and the zipper was faulty. I contacted customer service with pictures of the faulty zipper and they replaced my bag right away. The mega bag is great for travel. Fits in the overhead on planes! Great piece of luggage!
