Tried to make FIVE purchases and the idiots won’t take my email address. I showed them that it worked. They responded TO MY EMAIL that their order page does not take and they’re arguing with me!!!! Stupid and I would pay MORE TO NOT GIVE THEM A SALE

I'm obsessed with my new 2.5 carat hidden halo cushion cut ring. The shipping times were longer, however they stated that when I placed my order. When I received my ring I was completely blown away by the quality! Will definitely be ordering again!

I have been seeing so many reviews lately on this company. I am having the same issues. They say one thing and push it back out dates. I asked about the refund policy no response. I was actually going to buy a ring and a pair of earring that was a few thousand then thought hmmm maybe I'll just get the earring first then see if this is all legit. I'm thanking I didn't cause at this point it's been over a month and still cannot get definate answers. I did check before purchase if this was legit and it did show positive to be a true company but as of today 1/30/25. They have pushed back date 3 times. I hope we all didn't get scammed. Will update if or when I will receive my earrings. Stay tuned. Updating, so the earring went out on the 4th and received on the 6th. I am very happy about the product. For a sec I thought they were not legit. I am changing my review to a 3 because they took over a month to get here. When I ordered during the Christmas holiday and if you don't mind waiting I guess for the price?? I guess that would matter on preference? Maybe depending what is purchased maybe would arrive quicker? Product is beautiful, they do respond. Slow yes. I usually purchase actual diamond not Lab. Personally I don't know if I would purchase from them again?? Hope this kinda helps. They are legit company so eventually you will receive the product. :)

Horrible service. I ordered a product almost 2month ago, But they Keep delay without any explain.

I ordered earrings on Christmas Day. By the second week of January with no shipping updates, I emailed their customer service asking when my order will ship. The response was incredibly flat stating it is expected to ship by January 29th. I told myself to just be patient and I don’t have much of a choice other than to cancel my order, but I want these earrings so I decided to reluctantly wait it out. On January 29th, I still have not received any shipping updates. I emailed customer service again and received a very dry, flat, barely apologetic, unsympathetic response that my order is now further delayed and is expected to ship by February 7th. Remember, I ordered these on Dec. 25th. The long delay is frustrating enough, but what really upsets me more is the poor response by customer service. I most likely will not order from them again. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and amateur, especially considering high ticket items.

ordered a 7 ct diamond before Christmas. For Christmas. When it hadn't arrived i followed up and they stated mid January. The owner Jay sent me an email saying January 10th. Today is January 23rd. Last nights correspondence from there support team was that of a child trying to seek information they already have. I really think I have been ripped off and scammed.

Placed an order with these guys in December promised delivery was towards the end of January. After placing the order I contacted them to confirm everything was good with the order and that I would get the ring on time. I wanted to surprise my wife with a new engagement ring for Valentines Day. My wife is currently going through tests for Cancer and I wanted to cheer her up. Anyway after being told all was ok they have the goods and my cash a week later they contacted me to say there was a problem and they didnt have the stone in stock. Bear in mind I'd ordered a specific stone with an IGI registration number of a certain spec and quality. They tried to do a bate and switch on me downgrading to a cheaper stone for same price. I obviously rejected this and they claimed to have found a new stone almost same spec as the one I ordered. I again asked them will you be able to deliver this on time and price wont change no problem they said we have the stone price wont change and delivery will be on time. Another week passed and then I got another email your diamond is not in stock we can swap to a different stone and no problem with the price or the delivery.... I still have no goods no promise of delivery just we are doing our best to deliver the goods on time.... These guys are pond life I'm sick to the stomach on how badly they have treated me. They don't answer the phone nobody as got the balls to actually speak to me I suspect they don't actually have anyone that speaks English or something but my recommendation is stay away from these guys cheap for a reason they take your money with no intention to deliver anything least thats been my experience....

I was extremely skeptical about this company especially when my order took weeks longer than originally promised. But when my order arrived, it was beautiful. It was well packaged and it was exactly what I ordered. I had the diamond examined by a local jeweler to make sure the diamond was real and that the numbers matched the certificate. Everything was in order. If you order a custom piece from this company, expect a long delay from the time you order to the time it is shipped. Also, their communication leaves a lot to be desired. However, I am placing a second order with them, and this time I know I just need to be patient and wait for it to arrive. What this company should do for more five star reviews is to communicate accurate shipping times. Don’t make promises via email that you can’t keep, and it would help put customers’ minds at ease if you didn’t charge someone’s card for a purchase until the purchase ships. Otherwise, this company does deliver the products they promise. And the jewelry is beautiful.
