Great customer service and product is excellent!

My 3 early purchases were very good- high quality, full documentation, great prices. However the 4th time I went back to buy more, prices had significantly increased, so I backed out and moved on.

Although it took a while to hear back from customer service, the product speaks for itself. My diamond is stunning. I worked as a Jeweler apprentice for a while and absolutely loved setting my own stone. It's beyond words and for the price I am going to get another.

There was a mixup with a traditional jewelry store nine years ago when my partner and I became engaged “not to be married,” and the store had to rush my lovely Tacori band to him so he could get it on time to hop a plane for the destination at which he proposed. They didn’t have the mined diamond he selected at the time, so the store popped in a cubic zirconia just to make the ring presentable. He was horrified and he told me that he would have the proper stone set as soon as we returned. While I was sipping champagne on our return flight, I told him I didn’t want the “proper stone“ because I wanted what he gave me. Fast-forward to now… He would’ve spent close to $30,000 on the diamond he had selected to place in an $8000 setting. I had told him that that money would be much better used traveling, which we love to do. This Christmas, we replaced the cubic zirconia with a 1.75 carat stone from Luvansh… the same properties as the originally intended stone is absolutely gorgeous for less than 2% of the cost of the originally intended stone. The very high-end jeweler who set the stone and cleaned my ring said we did extremely well. I could not be happier to finally replace the cubic zirconia, which was slowly dying, with a very durable very beautiful rock. I got the best of both worlds. A very classic, statement-piece setting with a center diamond that does it justice and that didn’t cost a fortune, just because we could afford it. To make it even more special, both my grandfathers worked with metals during the mid century, and came up with cladding processes that drove the transistor era. I love the idea of supporting inventors like them, who are cutting into the market for things like blood diamonds. Luvansh was a very respectable retailer, so much so that we have returned three times now, and just three months to buy presents for our girls, all of which have been delivered as promised, without up selling, and of the quality that we expected.

Horrible, scam artists. They advertise ridiculously low prices, pretend to be delayed in delivery, offer upgraded size and different stones in exchange. Deliver lower quality than paid for- careful. They don’t actually have the diamond stock they say on their website!

Absolute scammers. Luvansh will offer to replace your diamond with a larger one, tricking you into thinking you’re getting an upgrade. Don’t be fooled, the larger diamond is awful, mine was tinged brown. I’ve been told by my local jeweler this happens from a low quality manufacturing process. They don’t stamp their gold because it’s not true 14k. The diamond I received tested as moissanite!! Luvansh said this is due to boron levels used in their “diamonds”. They pay for fake reviews on social media platforms like Reddit. Don’t believe any of the Reddit reviews they have hundreds of bot farm accounts that attack you if you say the truth I don’t know how these scammers are getting away with this. Their customer service is awful you will go in circles with multiple people who barely speak English for months on end.
