LuvanshReviews of luvansh.com

Authentic review, real customer here. Service is impeccable. Realized the item I purchased was going to arrive a little late, Contacted support and they put a priority on the shipment without any issues or extra cost. Hard to find service as good as this today. Quality of their products are truly amazing, costs are really reasonable. 10/10 to Catherine for handling my issue so professionally and seamlessly. A lovely person with customer’s a priority without any hassle. A keeper! Keep up the great work, don’t change a thing. Luke.

They helped me fix my order quickly.

I have made three purchases to date. Each diamond I received was truly beautiful, and shipping was quite fast. My first purchase was a 2ct, which I placed in my late Mother’s old engagement ring and it is absolutely amazing! This company was very helpful to me as well, not just a company interested in the sale but much more interested in satisfying customers - aimed at future sales. For example - I misplaced the certification documents for one of my purchases and they quickly emailed me an electronic copy. The document is necessary so that I can have the diamond set into the band of one of my rings. I live in Canada and the company is located in the USA which means I have to ask a local jeweller to redesign my ring. I’m very satisfied with the purchase price, and the quality of the products I received. I strongly recommend ordering from LUVANSH for their loose diamonds, gems, or the gorgeous jewelry.

bought a 2ct stone from Luvansh. Came in a day early and loved it! Beautiful stone, better than expected. Nice sparkle, clarity and brillance. Love it!!!

Reassuring and informative. I reached out on the status of an order for which I had a wonderful CSR inform me of the steps and shipping procedures.

I had some questions throughout the day about some products and had to open 2 chats. Both Neel and Joe were excellent about answering my questions and providing information.

These 6 carat total weight lab Diamond earrings are spectacular! They are stunningly beautiful and I love them so much! This is my seventh purchase from Luvansh and every time I have been thrilled and over the moon with my purchases. I highly recommend treating yourself to a gorgeous Diamond treasure from this amazing store!

I received very quick, accurate, and extremely helpful assistance from Neel!
