Negative 5 if it were possible. BE VERY CAREFUL!!! ALLLLL of their products are considered “final sale” and you cannot return them. This company refuses to even cancel a sale before they have even processed or shipped the order. I ordered and the order was in the “pending” status when I asked to cancel it, less than 12 hours after ordering. Three days later, still “pending” and still refusing to cancel the order saying “for hygienic purposes earring cannot be returned.” I NEVER EVEN GOT THEM! I only wanted to cancel! The “final sale” disclosure is very small and it is on EVERY SINGLE ITEM. I don’t even know why they have a return policy posted on their page if EVERYTHING is final sale. I regret giving them a nickel. There’s dozens of other people in this space. Don’t spend your money with them.
