I initially bought my ring in August 2025, but recently smashed my hand and damaged the corner of my ring. I went locally to see about having it repaired, I was so disappointed with the cost of the repair locally and the time it would take. So I reached out to out to Luvansch and explained what I did to my ring. They told me the could fix it for a fraction of the cost locally. Sending it out was a breeze. Luvansh sent me a label for FedEx. I mailed it on the 6/9 and I received it back today 6/19. Looking as beautiful as the day I got it! Also, they are very responsive to all the emails I sent

Helped my father order a ring for my mother's birthday and we had some issues with the final price. I emailed customer service in the evening and I had an answer from customer service the next day by noon. They helped us with the pricing issue and I thought it was great customer service with a good outcome. We have not received the ring yet but are very much looking forward to it's arrival. I had previously ordered a loose diamond to put on a band and was extremely pleased with it so feel the ring w/ diamond will also be of excellent quality.
