Michelle
Pretty solid company, which puts customers first. Before my Christmas-time purchases came, I had a lot of conversation with the team member, who held my hand throughout the purchase process. Luther Sales delivered my gifts right in time for Christmas, as they promised. We even had a return and the entire process was smooth. My only caveat is I didn't receive the actual item I'd ordered, and by the time I saw the mistake, I'd already opened up the box and couldn't return it. However, they immediately redid my payment schedule for the lower cost item. And that was acceptable.

Wow, Michelle this is really a tremendously generous review. We are blessed to have a team of selfless individuals who are extremely committed to our clients. Your comments prove that out. We are fortunate to have clients like you who appreciate great service and then are willing to share their own service experience on a public platform like Trust Pilot. Be assured we will continue to work hard on your behalf and look forward to earning your business again in the future. Wishing you well, stay safe! Eric Eric D Glickstein President
