Poor experience so far. Ordered on 12th August. It said 3-5days when ordering but writing this as of the 23rd August and still no sign of delivery.

I have returned my product, and then the support emails stopped. Do not buy from this company.

Do not purchase this product. They are a scam as they say a product can be returned within 30 days in original form. The day I received the product I requested a return. Once I sent them the video and receipt showing the product is in its original form, they’ve stopped responding. Some other things to consider. There is no medical evidence backing this product does what they say. It comes in a generic box that appears to be sold on websites like Temu for $10. Their website is littered with errors. Their “sale” has been going on for months. Additionally I made a comment on their post yesterday August 21. It’s been deleted, but any positive posts they respond to.

Came super late, fake advertising, can't get your money back. I've tried it and it's electrocuting my face, ouch! On a real note, save money for a proper one, this ain't it.

If your hesitant on buying this don't be! I was super skeptical when I ordered this because I didn't know anything about lymphatic drainage or light therapy. However after ordering I thought to give the product a chance I would read up on it and after implementing what I learnt and what the instructions tell me to do I saw crazy results! Literally 2 uses and I saw a lift! After using it for 2 weeks my scarring and hyperpigmentation has almost fully gone its literally a glow up device!

Scam company using Dr. Youn image in their AI generated advertising without Dr. Youn's permission. He never endorsed their products, please check real Dr. Youn's channel and website. Not to mention all these fake accounts on here that rate this scammer company 5 stars. Just look at when these accounts were created and what they rated before. Disgusting!

First off don’t order anything off their website. They are a scam. I ordered from luminesceglow.com 18 days ago. I questioned them about my delivery as the tracking just says leaving airport and leaving from overseas. Their website says 3-5 business days which is totally lie. Like other customers have mentioned this is a scam. This is the email I got stating: “We're really sorry for the delay. It shows that your order is delayed in transit by the carriers, this could be for many reasons including your state's rules. On the bright side, it is moving and will be with you. Please rest assured, as soon as it is past that stage it will be with you in no time. We have no way of stopping this as it is out of our control and rarely happens. If this problem however does persist after 21 days in transit, we will instantly refund you. Like I said they are a scam. Once you place an Order from luminesce they Order from Temu and then you get it shipped overseas to their distribution center and then to your house. Save your money and the hassle.

Not sure why I have never heard of lymphatic drainage before but this is huge!! After receiving it I used it twice and saw no results then put it down for a week. I saw a ad on Facebook saying that you need to follow a proper routine and explaining how to do it and Picked it back and did it properly. After one use I saw huge results!!
