I was impressed with the customer service. I had a concern with the device when received and reached out to customer service. They were prompt and very helpful. Turned out I was making a mistake in using it and they quickly resolved the issue. All works beautifully now. I have noticed a smoother looking face and softened marionette lines. Just waiting for those pesky brown spots to go away. I have faith in this device.

I really enjoy mine! My face feels and looks smoother after using it. I can use it four days in a row for 14 minutes without having to charge it. I received it really quickly and I am looking forward to seeing my long term results!!

So far so good---- I've only been doing the facial device for a short time, but feel my "puppet lines" are a little softer! Not gone lol, but getting there!!

So far so good. It feels amazing on my face. No adverse reactions. I love the warm sensations and vibrations. I've only been using this product for about 2 weeks and I think I see a slight difference. Not sure just yet. (Unfortunately, I have no before and after photos). Nevertheless, its so relaxing and feels wonderful. I hope mine continues to work after a few months so I can see results. After reading the other reviews, I am a bit nervous. But so far so good.

I like the product. The light massage on my face is wonderful. Instructions on how to use it would have been helpful.

This product is amazing. My skin is so smooth. My fine forehead lines aren't as visible. I haven't had any acne on my chin since using it on the blue light filter. My only complaint was shipping too longer than 3 to 5 business days. It was about a week and a half.

It feels good but haven't seen a big difference yet.

It took a while to get it. I'm impressed.My skin is looking tighter, cheek bones and chin are becoming more defined. Double chin is disappearing!
