I was provided a tracking number and when I tried to track my order, I get an error message saying it was invalid and my computer anit-virus went into full alert. I then tried to go to their website and the same thing happened. I then tried to send a comment on FB and it was immediately deleted. This place is a scam. Ordered on the 27th July, express delivery 3-5 days, still hasn't arrived Very disappointing It has arrived, but seriously it's the same device you can get from any other site for a lot less money ! My original review was posted on the 6th August, at that time I had not received my parcel, when it was delivered I updated my review, I can send tracking information which would prove I had not received my order when I uploaded my first review ! I think it's pretty unprofessional of a company to call a customer a "liar" ....

A review just posted had an almost identical experience to me, which speaks volumes, really. PLEASE PLEASE Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order for the 7 in 1 face massager and within an hour I wanted to cancel it? Why, because I ordered accidentally - initially I thought I would leave the order, but then started looking closely at the reviews on their website. These are NOT genuine reviews. If you read through (you have to go through a few pages), there are so many duplicate reviews (some are very detailed) but with different names, identical text. This sent the alarm bells ringing so I looked on Trustpilot - I should have come here first, of course. Anyway, I immediately contacted the Luminesce (note, I ordered at the weekend, so NOTHING had been shipped before I contacted them). I got the same message as the other reviewer, saying it was too late to cancel (which is just nonsense, of course). I did at least receive the product after a few days, and immediately arranged to return it. I had to pay the return postage, and sent it unopened, tracked and signed for. It was received by Luminesce over a week and a half ago. I have had no confirmation from them that they have received the face massager back, despite several emails to say that this was delivered to them. They have simply said they have to review the return. Review what, exactly - it has been delivered back to them, with proof of delivery, and unopened. Note, most of my emails to them have been unanswered - they respond to the occasional one. I am now in discussion with my credit card company to get a refund. But my advice to anyone is to save yourself the complete headache and DO NOT BUY from them.

Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order and within 10 minutes I wanted to cancel it (impulse buy). I wrote the company and requested that they cancel. It took them almost a week to respond, and they told me that they were already shipping the product out (which they had not). Several days later the product shipped. Really? Then it took over 2 for it to arrive. Asked to return it (haven’t even opened the box) and they said they won’t provide a refund. In reporting them to the credit card company.

Just received mine it seemed like for ever but anyways ..First day trying it my face looked a bit smoothly but it's to soon to know ... Very happy customer 😀 Probably will couple more for my sisters .....,........gvh....mdfgkkjkhhfgj

It’s made in China thatwhy it’s takes too long to ship . I received mine aftr 20 days of waiting .

Not joking when I say I witnessed the last one go out of stock, As I hurried to grab my card it disappeared infront of my eyes I emailed support and they said they would notify me when it was back in stock! The second I got the notification I place my order and 3 days later it was in my hand! Wow Ive never done a lymphatic massage but its insane! I looked like I had just lost 10lbs Super recommend it

So i first got this around 2 months ago, and within just a month my 2 sisters and my mom all bought it after seeing the impact it was having on me. They all love it and have noticed differences also. I recommend using this at the end of your skincare routine just after your sunscreen (maybe add a lotion if your prone to very dry skin). It compliments everything perfectly and is a little expert at draining that lymphatic fluid out of your chin.
