LuminesceReviews of luminesceglow.com

The gadget arrived but it doesn't take a charge or turn on. Customer service was of no help, buyer beware.

First off. It was shipped from wan, China (some similar name). It took over 20 days to receive it. Cost me $60. What a SCAM!! Yes, it does say Luminesce but trust me. It does NOT work. It burns and leaves marks on your skin. Buy at your own risk.

Support team easily changed my address to the correct one and it arrived in 3 days! Love the device it works just as the videos show already got one for my daughter :)

I used to get red light therapy done at my local clinic and it was costing me loads every week, Never thought there would be something this cheap that I could use at home! Saves me so much money and time and I love the sculpting effect that comes with it.

Result in 2 days! Everything from placing the order to tracking and receiving it has been a smooth experience The device itself is great I love the blue and red light and as stated previously I noticed results in 2 days its amazing!

I have been trying to return this item for over 2 weeks and can’t get anyone to respond on where to send it. I have sent pictures of it shown new in the box as well as the proof of purchase. I ordered with the impression there was a 30 day return/refund policy.

It took over 21 days to arrive. I am giving the product itself the benefit of the doubt as I have only tried it for a week now. However as mentioned before by someone, it is sending electric pulses through my hands and face. Cannot imagine that being the goal. Would not recommend.

Wish I had read these reviews first can’t believe I fell for this! 3-5 days shipping , false! I emailed the next day to say please cancel as I had found these reviews they responded really quickly saying they are not a fake company and the item was already in transit so I couldn’t cancel, which I find hard to believe it was packaged and posted within hours as it’s still not here a week later. They respond really quickly to my emails as I’ve told them I’m nervous due to reviews so I am hoping to turn this review around if the product arrives and is of the quality they claim, if not this review stands don’t buy!
