Honest the delivery process took over 3 weeks. It's been about 5 days using it for about 10 min in the morning and night before going to bed. Today walking through the mall I got approached by diffrent people received several complements on my skin. I am 51 years old my skin looks like I had a face-lift. I'm very happy with the results I am getting. I recommend this product with the 24 K Serium.

I’m quite disappointed with this product after reading so many amazing reviews for months. I cannot notice a difference despite using it daily, it barely holds a charge, and the shipping took about 2.5 wks.

So Far No Changes. Been using for a few weeks and I see no changes in my skin either the fine lines or helping with my acne. I thought it would be great but so far I’m not too terribly impressed! Hoping something changes in the next few weeks!

This is scam! Do not buy. Mine arrived and does not even turn on. I have reached out a number of times to the company to see how I can return it (the website states a 30 day return policy) and they have never gotten back to me. Avoid at all costs. Total waste of money.

I honestly love the relaxation of this little beauty. My face feels so soft and clean and loved. I have only had it a few weeks but I am sure I will continue to love it. I only wish I had started using this sooner.

I was excited about my Luminesce when I purchased it in July this year. Sadly, one and half months later, from one day to the next it stopped working completely. I contacted their support team on 24th August and they said: "Our returns, refunds, and replacements policy covers a 30-day window from the date of delivery. As your order was delivered on July 5, it falls outside this 30-day period." Could never see it if actually made any difference as they only have a 30-day return policy, which seems ridiculous given the technology and hype (if it's that good, surely a longer warranty makes sense).
