I ordered online and it came within the stated timeframe. I started using it immediately after charging it the first night. I can tell a big difference in my skin after two weeks. It is important to use it everyday for results.

Website states “quick delivery” 3-5 days. Ordered product online 11/17 still awaiting pickup 7 days later. Tried to cancel via email since there is no phone number to contact company and they said I have to wait on product, send email to send back. Product MUST BE unopened, they will open and verify product is returnable and then decide if they will refund my money. Don’t fall for all the hype around this product.

I'm enjoying my experience with the sculptor so far and can't wait to see the results. Heard lots of positive feedback and although I'm yet to see a difference I'm excited to recommend it to friends and family.

I ordered the LUMINESCE 3-in-1 face Sculptor on the 04 November and on the 16-11-24 I received an email advising my order had been delivered. I had been home all day and did not receive a delivery so I emailed support to advise that I had nit received my order. They asked me to send a pic of the entrance to my apartment to confirm it was delivered to the right address. Once they confirmed it was the correct address they sent me proof of delivery which was a photo of my parcel left at the entrance to my unit. The delivery driver thought it was a good idea to leave my parcel exposed and unattended without notifying me that he had my delivery at the entrance to my apartment where 30 other tenants reside. By the time I was notified by email, my parcel had been stolen. When I advised Custoner service they advised the shipping company was not responsible for missing or stolen deliveries even though it was their negligence in leaving the parcel unsecured and unattended that led to it being stolen. I requested a full refund or replacement and they have not responded to my emails.i also requested to speak to a Manager or Supervisor which was also ignored. I would not trust or buy from this company as they are refusing to rectify their mistake and ignoring my emails. Their delivery partner is an unprofessional Chinese company which is why other customers are experiencing the same issues with missing parcels and prolonged delivery times.

Took 2 weeks to arrive. I needed to return as it was a gift for someone else and I needed it prior. I contacted customer service the day it arrived and they noted I needed to pay for shipping back. I sited and sent a pic of their return policy which stated "Easy and free returns" I asked for a prepaid shipping label, they quit responding. I have followed up with 3-4 more emails and no one will have the courtesy to reply. DON'T waste your time ordering this!! I plan on filing a report with the BBB as well. *To date of Dec 8, 24. I received notice from USPS my return package was delivered 11/28. I still have not received my credit back and when I reached out inquiring when I will see my credit on my credit card statement no one has bothered to reply.

Delivery promise BROKEN ! Promised to arrive in 5 -6 days - IT TOOK 17 DAYS of waiting. Time in use too short to see results. Should have been honest about shipping time, we could have bought similar product from Amazon with 2 DAYS delivery !

Such scammers. DO NOT BUY. Returns are not free. They make you pay for returns.
