The product broke and Quit working on day 28. Joke, I bet I can't even get a refund.

Never Received My Order! I placed an order two weeks ago, and the tracking information provided has been completely useless. It was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days, but here we are, and still no delivery. When I contacted customer service, they said I should wait 21 days! What kind of joke is this? It seems like I’m not alone either—many others are complaining about the same issue. Why are companies like this allowed to operate without any accountability? There needs to be regulation in place to prevent this kind of fraud. I’m extremely frustrated and will not be ordering again.

I didn't see any difference. Was using this for approximately 15 minutes each day. On the red light, would experience some uncomfortable small shocks every now and then. Stopped working after around two months. Only redeeming factor was that on the other lights, it felt warm and pleasant on the skin. Overall, a cheap badly made product. I cannot recommend this unfortunately.

Absolutely horrible company, the customer service is the worst. They rarely ever reply and even when they do they saw to many delays from China, However, I have recieved some other orders from other companies from China that I ordered after, way earlier. This order from Luminesce has still not even shipped, not tracking information. They are now not even replying, I wanted a refund and to cancel the order way before, and they said it is not possible because they order is being processed, what a bunch of liars and cheats. I suggest no one order from them, also their product is a dud, and I made the mistake of ordering before I read the reviews.

Terrible customer service. I didn't care for the product. I have been tyring to return product for past couple weeks without any luck. I would not recommend buying from this company. Order placed on 9/28 and was received 10/13. Started the 1st request for refund on 10/26 and have yet to resolve. Company has terrible customer service.

The express processing is a joke. I was told that my package would be delivered in 3-5 days. Well it’s going on 2 weeks now and my package isn’t even in the same state. Lastly, the tracking notes they provide for package is really bad. Doesn’t provide specific locations. Will never recommend them or buy again.
