The delivery time was long, but I could live with that if the product was even half as good as I had imagined. The sender was simply listed as CHINA. A total red flag. I regret not checking Trustpilot as I usually do before placing my order. It’s truly a waste of money, and I’m considering throwing it away.

Easy to order, good price and fast shipping. I love how easy it is to use and the settings are easy to switch to.

TOTAL SCAM I tried to cancel as soon as I purchased it and the company hasn't responded which is a huge red flag. There is only a email to contact them by and their isn't a phone # to contact them at. I ordered it because a girl at work recommended it. I won't trust her advise again.

I ordered a device on Nov 03. After reviewing the order multiple times in almost 3 weeks- it was "delivered." Initially, I was assured it was delivered to my address, yet in an email response, she advised to look around my porch, garage & ask neighbors. I have 3 different outdoor cameras that would have detected something... I should have know this was a scam. EVERYDAY on Facebook it notes "last chance to save..." Waiting for them to "find" this missing product.

Total scam; delivery took ages and the device doesn’t have a massage feature it just changes colour. Waste of time and money.

Was dissatisfied and dissapointed that even on a full charge that my unit only actually vibrates and massages on the "red" light mode even if all modes are pressed against the face as the limited instructions say to do. Limited directions come with unit to explain. Not a cheap purchase expected better is all.
