I’m actually waiting for my replacement because after the first full use I realized that it won’t hold a charge therefore it won’t work after a full 8 minutes. I was told I would receive a replacement but I haven’t received anything.

Didn’t arrive, tried to contact customer service they were useless, didn’t help. Should have bought through PayPal so I would have had some sort of help and recourse. Very disappointing, £48 down and nothing.

I’m using the device twice everyday and have been for a couple weeks now without seeing ANY difference in my skin.

Bought this useless product and contacted customer service to request a 30-day warranty refund. Received response from Joanne asking for photos and receipt, which were sent. Now no further response despite my repeated follow-up for Luminesce to honour their refund policy. SCAM!

I have used this item and it appears very worthless. There is no change and additionally it gives a shock of electricity whilst in use. I want a refund even though it is over 30 days ordered it on 6 Oct. This is a SCAM. Very sad!!!

I purchased two products from Luminesce back in October 2024. One product was damaged. I sent pictures of how the "dome" product arrived. After receiving the photos, Joanne from Luminesce confirmed that the product was defective and would replace. I not only did not receive a replacement but also did not receive a refund. Every time I try to call the number on my credit card statement I get a busy signal. All of my emails go unanswered. Very disappointed with service.

It does not charge I sent several emails to support but nobody responds! Save your money!
