COMPLETE SCAM NEVER GOT MY ITEM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. DONT DO IT!!

SCAM Took at least three weeks to get to me. A scam item that does not work. Does not come with instructions . Contacted them for a refund and they asked for photos and a receipt. Sent pictures and receipt to 6 days ago and they will not return my emails! Do not purchase this product from Luminesce.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Absolutely awful quality and awful customer service …I had to email them a number of times before they responded. They would not replace or refund a faulty product as it was out of their 30day guarantee. Not a cheap product so would have expected it to last longer than 35 days!!

Ordered and then within a few hours tried to cancel. I read reviews after I ordered and I didn’t want to deal with shipping issues. I emailed to cancel. They refused, it was within 6 hours. 3-5 day shipping became several weeks. Once it final did arrive I immediately put it in the mail, at my own cost and sent it back. It took 10 emails and demands for a refund, but I finally got it today. NEVER again. Ordered the same thing off of Amazon, half the price, and got it overnight. This company is a scam! Do yourself a favor test run the same plastic thing from a company off of Amazon, you know they all come from the same manufacturer anyway.

It’s a scam, a friend and I both purchased and neither of us received and they said it was delivered and refused to help.

I wanted to return my item. Had to pay for my return myself and it's been nearly 2 months since I returned the item and it has been delivered back to the company 4 weeks ago and I still haven't got refunded. It's a scam. The support team is no longer answering my emails! Don't trust this company!

Do not trust these thieving criminal b*stards. Item did eventually come and they have confirmed I can have a refund if I send it back unopened. How will that happen? How much will it cost to send it back to China? They need reporting and closed down NOW! Also the other people are just as bad who are posting 5 star reviews - clearly being PAID by this SCAM COMPANY to leave 5 star bullshit reviews!
