This product was delivered and left behind some recycling boxes however it was not there when my mum went to check. I have emailed the company to let them know but they have continually ignored the emails. I have asked for a refund or the product to be sent again but nothing. What can I do?

This company are thieves! They take your money on day of order then don't send the goods and give you some bullsh*t explanation that there are extra security checks in China. Delivery wry supposed to be 5-7 working days but after 7 working days the goods are still not dispatched or with the courier. TOTAL SCAM

I would give this a negative 10 stars if I could. First of all this is a cheaply made product but the absolute kicker is that they are impossible to return. Customer service just ignores emails (I have sent over 30!!!) so obviously my return window will expire without ever having heard back from them. That tells me everything I need to know. They want to sell lots of product and move on. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I believe I got scammed.Serum smells bad,no improvement in wrinkles.I asked for a refund BEFORE they shipped the product and response came the next day AFTER they had shipped it so they said a refund and order cancellation was not possible at that point. No real address, address shows London,item came from China lol I am sorry for wasting so much money

Scam company. Ordered with 3-5 day shipping. Day 8, no product delivered, and they respond with a weird email about a surge in traffic requiring shippers to perform additional checks. Weirdos.
