So far I love this product. It glides easier than any of the competitors. I am waiting for the magic to happen to my neck.

Extremely displeased with this product and its false advertisement. Vibrates only on one color and vibrates on blue once and that was that. Can not slide easily on forehead as advertisement shows snd when doing so with a needed product to assist with its movement, you’re lucky if the vibration remains. A gua’sha works much better & with better results. Absolute waste of money and want a refund!!!!!

I would rate this zero if I could. Please do not buy from this company or site. ITS NOT REAL. You will get a fake tracking number link that will forever say “in transit”. When contacting the customer service, I continuously got told it is out of their hands and that it’s probably hung up in customs. They refuse to provide me with who is actually shipping it to me and the tracking number has changed each time I requested it. IT IS A SCAM!!!!

It took a while to get the product. I've been using it for a week, but I haven't noticed any improvement. The company responded quickly when I asked them questions about the use. I will continue using it and see if it actually works.

I was furious when first received the product bc it took longer than expected (yes impatient lol) and then had trouble getting it to work. I contacted the company expecting I was scammed and didn’t expect a response. Surprisingly, I got an immediate response requesting a video of faulty product and discovered I wasn’t holding the power button down long enough for it to turn on. So product did work all along and works perfectly to this day. I can’t tell if I have a sculpted jawline yet as I don’t use as frequently as recommended (and I’m not expecting a miracle either lol) but I can say I thoroughly enjoy using it. It’s became a selfcare product and I feel like I’m spoiling myself a bit when I use it. It’s sleek and easy to use. I use it while I’m on hold at my desk a lot of the time. My kids use it too. Pleasantly surprised. I do get a free serum for writing this (I could have written a bad review and gotten the serum though too). I did write the same review on another site where there was no compensation. Still gave 5 stars. I like the product.

The product was not delivered, and emailing them only triggers an automated response. They create the impression that the product is with the courier, but upon investigation, it turns out it isn’t. Stay clear is my advice.

I'm going to rate this right in the middle only because I don't see too much of a difference after a few weeks. I'm not saying there isn't a difference, but not nearly as much as the ads make it to be. It does glide easily with the serum but then the serum ran out very quickly. Also, once the serum is dried, if I put a moisturizer over it like I do every time I wash my face, it makes it kinda sticky / oily.

Got the device just this July. It is no longer charging or turning on. Customer service is nonexistent. I’ve already reached out several times through multiple channels. This is a scam
