Customer service was emailing, texting and calling when I was inquiring about signing up. Once I paid for the medication, I haven't heard from anyone. I've sent messages on their portal, texted and called the numbers they've called me from, and called their office number. I'm getting the run around and it has been a month, and I still have not received any meds.

Tim was patient and professional. He was able to explain clearly and succinctly as to the matter of my order, which I thought was incomplete. He was efficient and quickly alleviated my concerns, where I should call for my 3rd month supply when I was ready. Great customer service, friendly and calm manner.

The price is good. Not the absolute lowest but lower than most. The medication is real and effective. I do not like the interface. There are two different sites. You have to make the purchase on one. Then complete the information and place the order on the other. Its not intuitive and easy to think you've completed everything when you have not. CS is reasonably responsive but not available 24/7. They do seem to respond within 24 hours. I had another more expensive provider who was more available for support with a much more user friendly site. This feels more no frills but the cost is $50 to$60 less per month.
