I’m on my third month of tirzepatide and instead of losing weight I gained 2 pounds, I got the first dose of 2.5mg and didn’t lose weight then they took one month to send me the second dose of 5. D 0mg which it’s wasn’t even 5.0mg then they took 3 weeks to send me the last dose of 7.5mg which’s is not 7.5mg, I got the first shot and I’m still very hungry, I feel ripped off, just wondering if the reviews are legit they were supposed to suppress appetite and in my case that didn’t happen, I lost almost $900 for nothing

Edit: 07/03/25 Lumimeds is still refusing to take accountability for their error. Buyer beware!!! Confirmed by an agent that I would receive 15mg of a medication and only received 13.25. After inquiring, I was told that FDA has updated their policy on compounded medication. Lumimeds.com should have contacted me and asked me if I wanted them to send me a lower dosage order. I asked them to send the correct meds and they said that they can’t due to the policy change. I asked for credit, offered to ship the meds back and they are now ignoring me. The fulfilled medication I received at the correct dosage last month didn’t work as effectively as other companies I have used in the past. I chalked it up to dosage but now I can see that this company isn’t doing the right thing so my guess would be I didn’t receive the correct dosage last month either. They use two different website portals that can easily confuse someone who isn’t tech savvy. I suggest you use any other reputable weight loss medication company before considering lumimeds.com or you’ll probably regret it.

Gretchen is the best one I have communicated with at LumiMeds. She is patient, kind and attentive to each of my questions, concerns and needs.
