This company is such a disaster. Is absolutely impossible to figure out their ordering system. I placed my second order weeks ago, and emailed the company to follow up about the order. They confirmed they received the order and it had been sent to the pharmacy. 2 weeks later I get a random message saying my order has shipped. I hadn’t set up the shipment so was quite surprised and called them to figure out what was going on and how much I would be charged. Turns out, they “never received” my order, and whoever i had been talking to that kept “confirming” the order had no idea what they are doing. They probably need a different job. Screw this way too much time and stress, there are cheaper companies that are much easier to order from

The delivery of the compounded trizepatide medication was quick and easy. The first few days after my first dose were TERRIBLE. I was in so much pain all over my body. Super fatigued. Some nausea. But it very much suppressed my appetite for the first week. Spent a lot of time sleeping the first 2 days. It felt like I was actually poisoned. The side effects subsided after the first week but so did the lowered appetite. My appetite was still suppressed compared to my normal appetite level, but only modestly. I took non compounded trizepatide last week and this is VERY much different.

Although a little clunky with the 2 different sites, which could possibly cause confusion and concern, but it was quick a prompt replies of my concerns that helped confirm that I was in good hands. Mariel, Tim and Gretchen were awesome. Once order was sent in I received medicine a day after. I hope to continue with lumimeds as long as I can.

I had the best best customer service from the rep James. He was patient, kind and helped me so much. People like James is what makes a difference because I honestly was going to cancel my account and ask for a refund.

I placed an order for the first time with Lumimeds and I was confused about the registration process as well as product choice. I did email them and received a very prompt response even though it’s a weekend. They were able to guide me through the registration process and assist me in correcting my order. They’re very responsive and so far great customer service! I look forward to dealing with them in the future as well.

Everyone I have spoke to LumiMeds has been a breath of fresh air. Response time is exceptional !! If I have a problem or do not understand something, they are willing to get on the phone and help me feel at ease. I am so lucky to find them. They have a customer for life just off the customer service. Please do not sleep on this company! Looking forward to getting more service from them. Great job LumiMeds.
