Top notch customer service!! Had quite a few questions which were answered almost immediately. Ordered twice and smooth sailing. From start to arriving at my door took 6 days the first time and 5 the second. Excellent products with exceptional results and great value. Highly recommended!! They falsely claimed to offer "pure" semaglutide, but I received a weak, heavily diluted formula. They initially agreed to refund the remaining 2 vials, then said they could source the "pure" medication from another pharmacy but never followed up. I repeatedly asked about pricing for a higher dose and about the other pharmacy but was ignored. It’s been over a month, and I'm now filing a chargeback with my bank for the two vials I never received.

Medication does not work, was sent a different dosage than requested, was lied to and told an order was on the way, every order is delayed.

Tim- the customer service provider saved the day!! He was terrific. Response and helpful but until i reached him i was very frustrated with the lack of communication. Left several messages in the portal and even sent an email. Finally i was able to reach Tim by phone and he was GREAT!
