I was so frustrated trying to get responses from the portal chat and no response from email. But when I called I was quickly connected to a live agent - Tim - who took care of everything and sent my order directly to the physician to be processed. Very pleased!!! Thanks Tim!

My experience with Lumimeds has been absolutely awful. Their system is so convoluted and complicated. There’s no payment portal that is easily accessible to check payments that were made or what was deducted from your card. Despite having an invoice marked as paid by the company, there apparently was some confusion regarding my order. The order was shipped out and recalled by the sender so I never got to me. They claim that I did not pay so even though I had an invoice clearly marked as paid, I submitted a payment and it’s STILL not been sent out to me. Even though I paid (possibly twice) the order is still sitting at the pharmacy with a UPS label waiting to be sent out. You cannot get in touch with anyone at the company, as you are kept on hold for upwards 30mins, only to be told that no one is available to assist me and to leave a message which I have several times. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

The member of the care team, Tim, was so helpful and stayed on the line with me the entire time until my questions were answered and my issue was resolved. Thank you!

With the recent craze in GLPs it’s difficult to find companies that are able to keep amazing customer service AND deliver a good product. Lumimeds is that company. They had a few glitches with being able to have pharmacies handle in influx of prescriptions they needed to deliver. But, their customer service went above and beyond. I will order again from this company.

Tim was very helpful when I called asking about a partial refund - he got everything squared away for me quickly, and was kind and understanding. While I did have some delay with my order, Tim was able to get me headed in the right direction.
