I had a great mentor, a great program manager, and a great time! Although I got my admission late, Lumiere was definitely one of the best experiences of my life. Not only did I learn how to write a professional research paper, I honed my communication skills and conquered my fear of talking to strangers to collect information. Lumiere helped me learn that I can achieve anything I put my mind to which helped boost my confidence a lot. I was overjoyed when my paper got selected to be presented at the symposium of summer 2023 which is an experience I will never forget. Thank you so much Lumiere!

The mentors have consistently provided exceptional support, assisting us whenever needed. Their guidance and unwavering encouragement played a pivotal role in enabling me to complete a research paper within a tight 10-week deadline. Their influence motivated me to surpass my own limitations.

The thing I enjoyed most was how lumiere simplified the research process, broke it down into small chunks and helped me get accustomed to research one step at a time. My mentor and program manager were great. It was a great experience overall!

Lumiere gave me the opportunity to explore an original idea that had not been researched in depth before. Through the one-on-one mentorship program, I was able to learn skills in data collection, harmonizing, analyzing a research question from multiple perspectives, and how to draw meaningful conclusions that can be acted upon to improve the socioeconomic climate. Throughout the process, the whole Lumiere team supported my ideas while pushing me to surpass high-school level work and transcend into professionalism.

What has made Lumiere Education great is the amazing support provided. Not only do we get to create an amazing research paper which I am truly proud of, we get exposed to college information sessions and more opportunities to help us stand out in college applications. Thus, I give my highest recommendation for Lumiere, and I believe every high school student should do this program!

Lumiere allowed me to explore the world of research through a smooth, easy, and most importantly, fun-filled journey. The program was driven by passion, knowledge, and dedication, and it was like rainbow sprinkles to my highschool experience - it made my time and mind sweeter and more colorful!

The enrollment of Lumiere isn't as competitive as other research programs for high school students. We can acquire new skills on how to instigate and expand a topic that we are interested in which is quite crucial and helpful for our university application.
