I can't speak highly enough about this company. I have used them SEVERAL times and every experience has been top notch. Jacob, I appreciate your attention to detail, for making the buying process simple, the customer service support we recieve every time and how fast you respond to each of our request. Lumberjackdirect is the company to use!

Great price. Fast and free shipping. Quality product.

I cannot recommend this company enough. THEY ARE AMAZING. I took a long time picking my floors and when I finally did, I ran into some huge issues (product issues outside of Lumberjack Direct’s control). Jake was my savior in getting everything resolved. He took care of multiple flooring shipments/returns. To say he went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied is truly an understatement. It’s hard to express in this review how grateful I am! HUGE thank you to Lumberjack Direct!

Very responsive and great price….will be back.

Jake went above and beyond helping me get the flooring on time. I had a time crunch to finish my living room to match the rest of the house before the appraiser came. He made it happen. Ordered Wednesday night shipped overnight was here Friday afternoon for Saturday install. If I could give him Ten Stars I would. Thank you so much Jake. I will definitely recommend lumberjack to all my friends and coworkers.

Great customer service. Quick to respond to calls, emails and texts. Products arrived on time and in excellent condition.
