Five Star Quality and Service
We had a really good experience working with Lumberjack Direct. They were prompt and professional. All of my questions were answered. The floors came in record time and the delivery was smooth as they kept in contact with us throughout the few days the floors were in transit. We were amazed at the quality. We would not have been able to match the quality of the new floors with anything I have seen at my local flooring stores. We definitely got a better deal for a better product at Lumberjack Direct.

Good flooring and great service from the company
Some shipping damage and packaging on original delivery left a bit to be desired, however the company was quick to make it right. Freight companies are really the difficult part of ordering these items

Hi Sandra, your 2 free replacement cartons delivered at 10:36am on Monday August 16th, within hours of writing this review. 1Z78F5960310403489 As for the pallets... all flooring is shipped on pallets. Your shipment was in great shape and 100% of our customers dispose of their pallets. Lumberjack was kind enough to send you 2 free boxes and cover the shipping to ease your concerns. Unfortunately, it was not enough to change your experience for that we are sorry.
