Our project involved 3,000+ square feet of flooring for a new home. Erykah and the Lumberjack team worked really hard to provide great customer service. They were flexible with delivery dates and keeping to our timeline. We received regular tracking updates of where things were. Payment-related matters were handled professionally and without issue. We did have some trouble with one part of our order getting damaged in shipping. Erykah jumped on the problem to work on a resolution and we basically got there in the end. Overall I would buy from this company again and think Erykah, in particular, was a great collaborator.

Great service. Not a 5 star because I didn't receive my sample until I reached out to my rep and then he expedited it. this is the second sample I have received and I had no problem with getting my first sample.

Quick to respond to questions and send samples. Price was more than competitive. We would definitely use them again.

The product we finally decided upon was 3" wide engineered hardwood in natural oak. Communication for shipment was good via texting and all items arrived on time. Boxes appeared to be in good shape tho several were already open on the pallet. We plan to lay the floor next week and were advised by the company to check youtube for proper installation instructions. Fingers crossed that all will go well.

Was having a hard time finding the brand of flooring that I needed to match past work. You guys were one of the few options on the Internet. Your web site was fairly easy to navigate and I received my order within a week. The only reasons you didn’t get 5-stars was the shipper cost was 25% of my total order, 2 slightly damaged boards and you didn’t offer matching staircase bull-nose.
