Great flooring, damaged in shipping
Loved the flooring itself and it arrived quickly, but every box arrived significantly damaged (boxes were crushed and both ends of all cartons were open) and the equivalent of 1 whole box of material out of three could not be used for my project due to the locking channels being damaged. Kept it because this specific flooring is discontinued and hard to find.

Hi Angela, Thank you for letting us know! We have refunded the damaged carton :) 3 boxes or less ship parcel (UPS ground or FedEx) and there is most always damages to the locking systems on LVP. Glad you received the discontinued flooring we found and were able to complete your project!

I miss understood the amount I thought I was getting a 1/2 pint and I received the size of nail polish. I think this product is extremely overpriced. I bought it because it was recommended on you tube and they were using it very generously. Very deceiving.
Response from Lumberjack DirectMar 31, 2021
Hi Bethany, sorry to hear you feel the product is overpriced. Rubio is the best oil finish in the industry. To accommodate, we have refunded your order in full!
