While some pieces from our silver collection are ready to ship within 1–3 business days, many of our gold and platinum-plated silver designs are carefully handmade to order. These pieces typically require 10–14 days for crafting, finishing, plating, and passing multiple quality control inspections before shipment. Once completed, orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL which generally takes 3–7 business days for delivery. For reference, your most recent order with us was placed on April 14 and delivered on May 4, so we were very happy that we could have it crafted, completed, and safely delivered to you in approximately 3 weeks from start to finish. ✨ We truly appreciate your support and understanding, and we’re so grateful you chose us for such a special piece.
