Ordered a ring from Ludovic after seeing advertisements on Facebook. Ordering from social media is very risky but I thought I’d give it a try. I received my order in 10 days. I did have an anxiety moment because tracking said it was sent to London Ohio when it should be London Uk. So I made a comment on Facebook and I got a quick response in my messenger from Ludovic reassuring me it was on track and on its way. I received the ring today and it’s absolutely beautiful. Best money spent if you want a sparkly ring. 5* customer service.
