Very happy with Ludovic jewelry the rings , bracelets are fabulous and am happy purchasing from them. I have purchased from them in the past, absolutely love the quality style and look of their rings I would not hesitate to purchase items from them again.

I purchase my bracelet and received the wrong size. It was replaced with ease, and it's just beautiful. I am certified in gemology and love the double termination of moissanite as it creates a beautiful, better than diamond sparkle. I'm delighted.

Update: They were receptive to my complaint after my review. After sending more pictures, they sent a prepaid label and sent a brand new bracelet. I appreciate their willingness to help so changed my one star review. I can't reach anyone and this clasp is broken do the two sides will not clasp, they're bent too small to clasp anything. This was a waste of money!!!

The quality was not as good as I had expected. The post was bent on one earring. Since my last post, this company has gone above and beyond to get in touch with me. Their customer service is beyond stellar. I am waiting for replacement earrings from them. I cannot say enough good about this company, they have been in constant touch (e-mails). I look forward to doing business with them again very soon.

Their moissanite is gorgeous and I’ve seen others that were cloudy not Clear.
