Laura E.
This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
After leaving my review I received a “Formal Notice Regarding Misleading Review” Hi Laura, This is Jonathan from Ludovic. We are contacting you regarding the review you recently published, which contains false, incomplete, and misleading statements that materially misrepresent our policies and business practices. These statements omit critical facts, including that this is your second return request, which is explicitly not eligible for a refund under our clearly stated policy. The publication of such misleading claims, particularly when they result in reputational and commercial harm, may constitute grounds for legal action under applicable laws governing false statements and defamation. We have retained full records of all correspondence and accommodations offered to you, including multiple good-faith attempts to resolve your concerns despite your request falling outside of our policy. You are hereby required to remove or materially amend your review within 12 hours of this notice to accurately reflect the full and factual context of your case. Failure to comply will result in immediate escalation to our legal counsel, who will proceed with all available actions without further notice, including pursuing the maximum remedies and damages permitted under applicable law. Sincerely, Jonathan. My review: This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, their policies are deceiving, while they are advertising 30 days for refunds, happy returns, this is nothing more far from the truth. I purchased a ring less than 30 days ago and I have been denied a refund, shady company buyers beware, don’t waste your money and time on a company that misrepresents it self, if I could I would never have done business with Ludovic! By the way over one year ago I purchased a loose stone and a ring, which of them two I kept the ring and send the loose stone back. I was never made aware of their policy was One refund only over a lifetime!!!!

Thank you for adding our previous message to your review, we appreciate the transparency. We only wish the same level of transparency had been applied when describing your experience, as several key facts have been deliberately omitted. To clarify, this is your second return request. Your first purchase was fully refunded without any questions asked, as part of our policy designed to allow customers to shop with complete confidence. You placed an initial order, experienced our product and service in full, and received a complete refund. Despite that full experience, you then chose to place a second order, only to request a refund again. At this point, as clearly outlined in our policy, subsequent orders are not eligible for refunds. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and maintain a balance between giving customers the confidence to try our products risk-free, while also preventing repeated purchase-and-return cycles. It is not reasonable to expect any business to accommodate unlimited returns under such circumstances. Despite this, we made multiple good-faith efforts to assist you. We responded to your messages politely and promptly, and offered several alternative solutions to ensure you would not be left with an item you didn’t like. Every option was declined. Instead, a review was published that presents an incomplete and misleading version of events, omitting the accommodations already extended and the policy framework clearly in place. For clarity to anyone reading: we proudly offer a full refund on first orders with no questions asked, specifically to build trust and remove hesitation. However, once a customer has experienced our products and services firsthand, subsequent purchases are no longer eligible for refunds under this policy. Expecting to repeatedly purchase, return, and receive full refunds without limitation is simply not a sustainable or reasonable expectation. We will leave it to readers to form their own conclusions based on the complete and factual context.
