I had an incredible experience with ludovic. My first piece of jewelry I wasn’t exactly happy with and they went above and beyond to help me fix what I didn’t like. They always answered all of my questions with ease and made the entire buying process so easy. The quality, customer service and overall experience is top notch. I’ll never buy another piece of jewelry elsewhere!

I received my order in a timely manner, and once I received my order, I have to admit I was surprised on the clarity and the brilliance of the diamonds. Unless you’re an expert, you cannot tell the difference between a lab grown and an actual real diamond. Thank you very much.

The ring is beautiful as are the wedding bands I purchased to go with it. I've gotten many compliments on the set. I didn't expect it to take so long to receive it, but it was worth the wait. I called customer service to inquire why it was taking so long. They responded promptly and professionally. Thank you Ludovic Moissanite.
