Be Aware
The gifts I received were beautiful but it took so long to arrive that I presumed by the reviews that it was from the United States not from China and that the recipient was gonna get the gift on time and tracking it didn’t help but it was at a point useful. Next time I ll know to allow more time and I forgot to mention that when I got the package it was opened and ducted taped together so I don’t know what was in the package but I know I got my items and I was also charged for a pair of earrings that was supposed to be free and included with my ordered

We have also contacted you directly to explain the details of your order and address your concerns, but unfortunately, we have not received a response. We also asked how we could compensate you for the unpleasant experience and what we could do to make your experience with Ludovic a five-star one, but we have not heard back.

Your purchased items were $137.75 + $129.24 + $174.89, and the complimentary earrings were listed at their retail value of $335, bringing the displayed subtotal to $776.88.

Therefore, you were never charged for the $335 earrings. They were genuinely included as a complimentary gift.
Regarding delivery, you selected our FREE shipping option, which takes 5–10 days, plus 1–3 days for processing. Your order was placed on August 22 and delivered on September 2, so it arrived within the stated timeframe and before the maximum estimated delivery period.
You also mentioned that the package appeared to have been opened and taped. We do not package our orders using duct tape. International shipments can sometimes be opened for customs or carrier inspection, although we cannot confirm what happened to this specific package after it left our facility.

I ordered the 3mm Moissanite tennis bracelet, and it is beautiful and flawless. The quality, sparkle, fit, everything about it is what you’d want in a tennis bracelet. The 3mm size is just enough to add sparkle to your wrist without being too big and gaudy. It’s actually quite petite, that you can dress it up or down. I’ve been wearing it everyday stacked with a couple other petite bracelets.
I was also sent a free pair of 2ct studs in moissanite that I have yet to wear. Pretty, but I just never wear studs.
Now shipping; the bracelet comes from China, so delivery took 2 weeks from order date. So be patient. The fact that it comes from China, should not make anyone wary of ordering from this company. I’ve bought other moissanite pieces before from other companies, and they all came from China.
I’d 100% buy again from Ludovic.
