I paid for 3 day shipping and they order has not shipped yet.

Never received shipment

I put in order in and I never got my order. I am not happy with the service. It has been over a week in a half and I live in the same state. I also tried to get a refund. I was told I could get a store credit. They would not let me get my back. I will never order from here again. Again I never received my oder I was told it must of gotten lost in transit. Again LS said they would ship an alternate vape and nothing. It has been a week. I don't get it I live in the same state. Over a week since they said it would be delivered. This is the worse company ever. Never again will I order from them.

I placed an order last Saturday and I have yet to receive an update. I called Sendle to find out the status after I received tracking number because that’s who they use. Sendle advised me to contact Lou, because they hadn’t dropped off any package at their hub to be delivered. So I contacted Lou Square by email and phone. They claim the system is down and not updating the delivery status, but that it was shipped out on Tuesday. That can’t be true because a Rep responded to my email that same day and told me they were waiting on my payment to go through. Moral is, I still have no idea what’s going on with my order! Mind you, the delivery address is in Miami. What they advertise on their website clearly isn’t true regarding fast delivery. We’re going on over a week. I get things from CHINA quicker than this. All I ask for is communication, truthful communication. They could’ve had another customer for long-term.
