I have yet to get my purchase, which was placed on July 18, 2025 it is now July 25,2025

I ordered nearly $300 worth of stuff from them, paid for 4 day shipping a week and a half ago and the items still haven’t shipped. I emailed in and was told my order was good to go and would process soon. Days passed and still no tracking info so I emailed again and was told that customer service had reached out requesting a copy of my ID and basically saying the delay in shipping was my fault. LOL I sent them a copy of the only email I’d received showing they didn’t ask for ID and assured me the order would ship soon. They chose not to respond to that and again said the order would ship soon. That was days ago… Idk for the amount of money I spent with them I’d expect better and when you guarantee 4 day shipping it would be nice if the order didn’t take 2 weeks to process. Feels like a rip off on the shipping charge. There are many places you can shop with that don’t operate so poorly.

received a whole different vape and delivery took 2x expected, i understand stuff happens but some communication atleast would’ve been nice , although the replacement vape flavor they chose wasn’t the worst nor the brand i appreciate it

I ordered my vapes on July 8th. I haven't got them YET! I have emailed them about it and they don't really tell me anything except it should be there this week. But it wasn't!! Tomorrow will be a new week!! Very fed up!! Always have issues like this when I order from Lou Square.

I placed a simple 1 item online order, and made payment of it plus shipping & handling nearly 5 days ago, and order has not been shipped. A bit dissapointed.

Made an order and paid for Lou Express shipping, which is supposed to be 4 days guaranteed. But it has been over four days and I haven't gotten any updates on the tracking of my order.

Ordered 10 vapes on 06/11 sendle notification says awaiting parcel. So what I’m assuming happened is the Shipping label was printed and then warehouse staff realized that the item is short stocked. The problem I have is with communication. Why hasn’t anyone reached out to me? If there is a delay I’m ok with it I would just appreciate some communication as to when my order will be shipped.
