Very delayed shipping, was not sure if I would get product but happy I did get it.

I received my order but not the flavors I wanted! But they did email me back and forth and sent me a different flavor! If you need an exact flavor they may not have it available.

received a whole different vape and delivery took 2x expected, i understand stuff happens but some communication atleast would’ve been nice , although the replacement vape flavor they chose wasn’t the worst nor the brand i appreciate it

Just don't like when it says shipped but then you check and it says awaiting for package parcel created meaning it hasn't really shipped other than that everything is good my item is still shipping might be getting it tomorrow hopefully.

When there is a problem, you can't speak to anyone to resolve it. The products change and shipping is unreliable. There really are no other companies doing this so I'm grateful to have them at all.

Delayed delivery.

Site not easy to use. Tried to cancel my order within 2 hours of placing it and was told I couldn’t after they took forever to respond on purpose. I will say the shipping is quick and packaging is on point

I have had the same issue as some others I see here. I ordered and paid on August 1 and still nothing. I'm not even sure they asked for an email and there is no way for me to check my order🤷‍♀️
