Good company, wish communication was a little better
I wish I was notified that the vape I ordered was out of stock. I didn’t find out until I emailed. However, they were super friendly and very willing to try to help me and so it wasn’t really a big deal. I would order from them again, just wish they communicated a little better.

I placed my order a day ago and have no…
After speaking to someone from the team I am more at ease but they need to fix the fact that even if u don’t register an email that you have a way to track it. I placed my order a day ago and have no way to check my order status. I was charged but have no order number or anything regarding my order. No one in customer service has answer. Overall not happy, because I live in the miami area and it says that it could be either same day delivery or next day. i have yet to receive my order

Hi Lourdes, how have you tried to contact our team? I see in our record that your order was placed yesterday and because you did not register any email in your profile, updates cannot be sent to you. On the other hand, shipments take 1-5 business days, yesterday was the first day and until Monday it would be the second, if you are in Miami you must receive it on Tuesday. Best prices I've found
I've been buying my vapes from them for a couple of months now (3-4 orders). They have the best prices I've found for my Fume Infinity Strawberry Banana. I've been overall happy with using them. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because their shipping takes kind of long and does not provide detailed tracking. I'm currently waiting to receive my order and the only info I have is a window of a couple of days for when it might arrive. With other places I order things from, I can see the full breakdown of where the package is and the exact day it will arrive. This is kind of annoying for me as a vaper because I'm dependent on my nicotine fix Lol

The website is a little wonky with trying to delete items from your cart it’s very hard to see your cart items bc the free gift blocks the order information

Didn't receive my order - solved!
For transparency reasons, I will leave my initial text at the end. Lou Square's support team finally got back to me and solved my issue without hesitation. Really helpful and I will happily order again! Thanks for the great support, Lou Square! "Placed my order on the second of February, and items haven't been shipped yet. Smells like a scam, unfortunately. Also, no reply by customer support. Really inconvenient, wouldn't buy again."
