I ordered on July 30 & still hasn't arrived or shipped? Should have been here by last Monday. I also didn't get a refund as requested about 3x...

No notifications on whether or not my order even shipped. Haven't received anything beside the initial receipt in 2 weeks. Glad to have blown through such a large amount of money for absolutely nothing.

It’s been a month & 1/2 since I placed my order on Jan 26th & I’ve still not received my item. I’ve tried to communicate that & ask for assistance via email over & over & have yet to get a response. The item finally shipped on the 27th of Feb & that was the last update made ( it’s now March 13th ). I’m not sure what’s left for me to do other than continue reaching out :/

This is a scam it’s not a real business

Never received order from September. Numerous emails back & forth with the promise it will be shipped. 5 months later no product and no refund and they stopped answering me.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I placed an order in August and I hadn’t received my order in. I emailed the company and received a generic response about them waiting for their supplier order. Through September and October emails were going back and forth on the status of my order with promises they would be shipped expedited to me. Well into October, I caved and took a store credit refund and placed a new order. By mid-November I still did not have the new order, again they promised expedited shipping and would get them sent out the next day. I never received the products and they stopped responding to emails. If you are ordering from them you will probably end up getting scammed out of your money with no product.

Awful. Scammers charged and no delivery, even after about 29 emails, calls and messages
