I have bought the 12 carat brilliant sparkle ring in moissanite. It is a very, very beautiful ring and I love it. I have brought other rings from them and their customer service is wonderful and I would continue to buy from them. Maybe I’ll try lab grown diamonds this time instead of moissanite.

I have polished and cleaned it but that sparkle is gone after only wearing it a few times

I ordered a set of three rings. I paid extra for Moissanite . I sent a photo of what I wanted so there would be no misunderstanding. The ring was in their rang nothing special. Louilily made a mistake and sent me the rings in yellow gold, not white gold as requested and paid for. They are refusing to accept the rings back and replace them with what I ordered. I do not understand why a company has to b so small and not honour what I ordered. I have requested the CEO’s email address, no reply. I have requested a return slip, no reply. Once they have your money they control what happened. Very disappointed . They offered me money to keep what I have and re order. I do not want to reorder and pay more. I just want you to take back the wrong rings and send me what I ordered and paid for.

Returned the ring and never got a refund. The ring was $130 Made more than several attempts to reach out to them about the return. Even provided pictures of the return info from the post office. Only to here they were still waiting for customs. Three months later. I will never buy anything from them again. Very disappointed with your customer service.

It was an enhancement ring. They we attached too close together not allowing the another ring to slide in as they are suppose. Within minutes I contacted them for a return. Their return policy is intended to scam people out of their money. Believe the reviews do not buy from this company. Buy anywhere else. This return process is unreasonable and not ethical at best. Louily has requested I return the item and ship it with a declared value for customs less than the actual value. When I said no to declaring the incorrect value they offered me $30 for a product I paid $130 for.

I had the opportunity to work with the Louily Jewelry Customer Service Team. I thought an order I had placed never arrived. They were very responsive and extremely helpful about my inquiry. The issue was resolved after we located the little unopened box in my garage (inadvertently put there by my spouse). My recommendation to future buyers is: Keep excellent records of your purchase, payment method, tracking numbers, buy the shipping insurance (if it’s offered), and tell your family that you expect a package delivery and ask them TO HELP YOU BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR IT!!! Also, a follow up from the company verifying whether or not you received the delivery would be extremely helpful to both the customers and the customer service reps. The jewelry is excellent for the great price, the delivery service transpired as promised, and the jewelry quality and packaging was first rate. I will buy from this company again.

There are so many beautiful things to purchase. The prices are affordable. The ease of ordering online makes the process effortless.

I ordered from here in November 2025, and I returned my ring right after I got it. Now in June 2026, the post office sends me a note and the initial return package saying no one picked it up from customs. I contacted Louily and they said that because they didn't receive my return, they couldn't give me my money back. I am not happy, all the "solutions" if you can call it that are them offering me store credit. I am never buying from this store again, they are a bunch of frauds. Now they're saying to get my money back I have to ship the item again which is now me paying $40 in shipping. I have been chatting with Iris from customer service and nothing is being done to solve this issue. I will never buy from here again and I urge everyone else to do the same. ———————- Update based on the reply I got. They’ve only offered me store credit and have continued to do so after I told them I will never be shopping with them again. They have not at all proceeded to offer me my entire refund the same way I paid for the product. They have not even tried to over me a partial refund to my card. They just wanna give me store credit or make me shell out more money to ship it again.
