I have several rings from this brand and they are very pretty, very well made and I always receive many compliments when I wear them.

⭐ Very Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I purchased my wife’s wedding set from Louilys Jewelry, expecting it to be something special that would last. Unfortunately, this has turned into a very disappointing experience. Less than a month after purchasing the ring, a diamond fell out. They sent a replacement, and now the diamond has fallen out of that one as well. On top of that, the ring is already starting to tarnish, and it is only four months old. Their website advertises a lifetime warranty, so I expected better quality and customer service when dealing with these issues. Instead, I am being asked to pay half the price of another ring to get a different one. The most frustrating part is that my wife absolutely loves the style of the ring. This was her wedding set, something that is supposed to be special and last for years, not something we should have to keep replacing or paying extra money for just a few months after purchasing it. I understand that things can happen, but having diamonds fall out of two rings and seeing tarnishing after only four months is unacceptable to me. A lifetime warranty doesn’t mean much if the customer still has to pay a significant amount more when the product repeatedly fails. I wanted a quality wedding set for my wife, not a constant headache. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from Louilys Jewelry to think carefully and fully understand what their lifetime warranty actually covers before spending their money. Very disappointed with the quality and how this situation is being handled.

Ring was too big, they have kindly agreed to exchange for the correct size. Will wait to receive but the ring that I already received looks gorgeous.

Fast delivery and a stunning piece…..

I ordered a ring, but it was stacked, so I needed to exchange it for a different ring. I emailed the company about the exchange, but they only respond once a day, so I decided to call them instead. At first, they answered my calls and were very helpful, which made me feel good about the company. However, once I finalized the new ring and paid extra for 3–4 day shipping, everything changed. It has now been about a week, and I still haven’t received my ring or a proper update. I’ve called multiple times, including all three numbers they previously contacted me from, but no one answers. I’m either sent straight to voicemail, or the numbers they used no longer have service. Honestly, I’m really disappointed. I initially had a great experience with the company and really liked how helpful they were, but now I feel completely ignored. I paid for faster shipping and expected better communication, especially since I’ve been trying multiple ways to reach them.

I place an order on September 23rd. The ring arrived on October 6th with a beautiful box, a lovely gift bag, and a polishing cloth to help keep the ring clean. I am very pleased with my purchase and the ring is absolutely beautiful. I look forward to giving it to my girlfriend (almost fiancé)
