The ring looked absolutely beautiful when I first received it. I was really happy with how it looked and was excited to wear it. Unfortunately, less than two weeks later, I noticed that one of the stones had fallen out. By around the third week, a total of three stones were missing. At that point, I couldn’t really wear the ring anymore. I decided not to contact customer service for a replacement because, honestly, I was concerned that the same issue might happen again given the workmanship/quality of the setting. It’s disappointing because the ring looks gorgeous, but jewellery shouldn’t be losing stones after only a couple of weeks of normal wear. I’m not sure if I received a faulty set or if this is a common issue with this particular ring, but based on my experience, I can’t recommend it. The appearance is beautiful, but the durability was unfortunately not there. ORDER #88683

I bought a beautiful bow ring but after only 3 months the gold plated came of and I contacted customer service. I was asked to pay $50 to have a new one sent. I also bought the stoned wedding ring which was also beautiful but after several months also a stone fell out. Louily would not replace it and wanted me to pay shipping cost to repair it. Beautiful jewelry but it does not last unfortunately and for prices you pay you'd be better adding more money for better quality. I'll stick with my normal supplier who stuff last. Would I receive a 🆕 g definate NO. The ring I was referring to to was.the bow engagement ring and the stoned wedding band both of which were faulty. I receive a voucher towards money off but did not cover the cost of both rings, infact I had to put money towards a new bow engagement ring but the stoned wedding band is still in my box as I can't wear it due to a missing stone. Louily have been in touch and have offered to replace both rings free of charge. Thank you louily a kind offer without any more cost to me. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. Looking forward to recieving both my rings.

Updated: I’ve been reach out by customer service. It does take some time for them to reply and explain the situation that was happening with my order. My order was placed on September 30th and hasn’t ship off just yet even with the rush shipping. But they clarify the situation and was told about a reimbursement for my delayed. The ring has not shipped out yet. Still talking to them back and forth about what I had to do on my end. Hopefully they understand and my review will stay up with 5 stars Order #103463

I purchased the "6.5/12.0 Ct Radiant Cut Crushed Ice Simulated Diamond Three-Stone Engagement Travel Ring," and I LOVE it. The simulated diamonds sparkle like real diamonds and I was surprised the ring is a little heavy. The ring looks and feels like a quality piece of jewelry. So far, I'm pleased with my purchase.

I absolutely love this that I bought from this company. It was packed very nicely and received it in a timely manner. The product itself has been above expectations. The only thing I will advise it was running a little on the big side as far as sizing. I got a 7 1/2 and a seven probably would’ve fitted me fine.. Look forward to buying some more from this company would highly advise you investing in their products.

I am so happy with the ring I ordered it’s absolutely beautiful. I chose a solitaire 3 crt which sits on my finger perfectly. The Quality of the ring is amazing. I would also like to add the customer support team are incredible I ordered the wrong size which wasn’t a problem at all they exchanged it straight away. I can’t recommend them enough so if you’re thinking of ordering don’t hesitate.
