I purchased 2 rings and it was beautiful!!!!! And i ordered the wrong size i immediately emailed customer service and they were able to change it right away!! I have 2 more rings ready for check out i am hooked!!

Excellent Customer Support Resolution

I ordered my 2nd ring
I ordered my 2nd ring from Louily Jewelry. It's so beautiful and shiny. I am a size 8, and it fits perfectly. It arrived on time, and I also got a discount on the total price. Their email customer service is awesome, too. I would recommend this jewelry company.

The return policies ridiculous the rain…
The return policies ridiculous the rain did not fit, and it is an absolute hassle in pain in the ass to try and return the ring all the way to China you need to change your return policies to where you can return it to an address in the United States. We are very dissatisfied.

Never refunded for an item I returned in good faith
I ordered a ring that was the wrong size. I returned the item which I paid $55.05 for in shipping on 5/4/26. It was confirm received and I was told I would get a partial refund. I paid $161 for a monzonite ring set. I have never been refunded and am being billed by Affirm Fraudulent company!!! Liars and thieves

This company is a scam!
This company is a scam!! Don’t waste your money!! The good reviews are fake and they’re drop shipping cheap rings from China. The worst customer service, they won’t help you and you won’t get your money back.
